Peep-box painting of the Church of the Passion in Venice. Lower title "A view of the Church et Place of the Minor conventional Monks at Venice as far as the Way that leads to St. Rocks Church with St Anthonys School on the Right et that of the Passion on the left". This view with English inscription, sold by Pasquier in Paris, is a faithful copy of an engraving by the Italian Michele Marieschi. It differs from it only in the details of the persons and in the inversion of the image.
