Fritillaria pyrenaica), and III. lat. Fritillaria spec. German: Schachblume, a genus of the lily family (Liliaceae). Many species of Fritillaria are valued as ornamental plants, the best known of which is probably the imperial crown. 1.edition of the Hortus Eystettensis, printed and issued from Basilius Besler in Nuremberg 1613. 400 anniversary of the first edition!
