Franz Anton Schrämbl was a bookseller and writer. He received a thorough scientific education in his hometown and, after completing it, turned to teaching, eventually becoming the director of the imperial and royal normal schools in Austrian Silesia, Troppau. After some time, he resigned from this position, returned to Vienna, and opened a book and art shop, which was still in operation in the early 1840s. | |
